Mientras todos nos estamos cagando de frío en el planeta, del otro lado del mundo específicamente en Australia están en medio del verano bailando en piscinas y chicas en bikini. No podemos cambiar el mundo pero si pudimos hablar con los Australianos de Olympic Ayres. Los cuales tienen muchos planes para este 2014 y muy amablemente nos hicieron un mixtape con una selección de música fabulosa.
MENTA: ¿Dónde están?
KAM:Estoy en la casa de mi novia celebrando el cumpleaños de su padre, ya sabes BBQ y demás....
KAM:Mmiiddii y yo nos conocimos en una fiesta, de ahí se desataron platicas interminables de música. Un día yo le mande un track que había hecho, el hizo algunos ajustes y lo demás es historia
KAM:Todo empezó con un beat que Mmiiddii hizo. La idea era muy buena y simplemente nos pusimos en el estudio a trabajarla con un gran amigo.
KAM:Fue un sueño hecho realidad. He jugado FIFA desde que era chico y siempre me imagine poder tener una canción ahí. Para nosotros fue todo un honor ya que otros Australianos como The Presets o Jagwar Ma lo han hecho.

MENTA: Where are you right now and what are you doing?
KAM:Right now I'm at my girlfriends place celebrating her fathers birthday. He's cooking fried chicken on the BBQ!
MENTA: How does Olympic Ayres project begun?
KAM:Mmiiddii and i met at a house party some few years back. We both found out we had the same taste in music. One day i sent him a track i made and he jammed on it - the rest is history.
MENTA: We all love Magic song , Do you love it as the crow do? how did you come up with such a sticky summerish hit?
KAM:It started out with a groove we made at mmiiddii's place one day. The idea was strong and we wanted to take it to the next level. So we decided to give our good friend Jean Paul Fung a call to get things happening!
MENTA: How do you feel that FIFA 2014 chose that song to be part of soundtrack? How was the interaction with the brand?
KAM:Its actually a personal dream come true. I play the game religiously and always wondered if maybe one day we'd be able to join other great artists like The Presets or Jagwar Ma. who have made previous appearances in the game. FIFA ake great pride in their selection in songs and its a privilege to be apart of what they're doing.
